So, here we were at the airport heading to the most awaited journey after those hard months of marriage preparations, facing those heat waves, sweating throughout the various rituals, feeling happy & sad and many more new life experiences. Yes, we flying to our so called honeymoon to the honeymooners paradise, Baliiiiiiiiiii.
It was a nice day with clear skies and we hopped on to the flight to Bangkok and then hitched to a flight to Denpasar from there. When plane started descending, it was all blue down with small islands in the view. An amazing descend I have ever seen after the French Alps an year back while travelling through Europe. Nice view lasted with nice lading as the airport is on the shore and it looks like you are going to touch the water while landing. :)
After touchdown, it was time for immigration etc which went pretty fast and we got our driver who took to our villa through clean roads full of cars and tourists. In between the market, inside a galley, we reached our destination, a cool nice small 2 room villa with all facilities and a small cute pool. After resting, we hit the nearby beach, the Double Six beach.
What a nice environment it was. Although Sun was already down, but there was some light and small kites with cute little lamps were n the sight in sky. A clean, flat, long beach with couple hands in hands, some showing their love to the fullest standing in the water. Nice songs were making the background bit more lovely. That evening, the first in Bali was so amazing that its not going to leave my mind forever.
